Dean Rienbold from Penna came for a class a while back. The guitar was finished by Dale Bartholomew of Easton in Nitro lacquer. To add to the design we make red tortice dots for the bone bridge pins . This was a Maple dred with bear claw sitka spruce top. This was Deans first attempt and it came out very well. Typical Martin spec 25.4 scale with 1 11/16 nut. The maple was very nice and it sounds very sweet . The scalloped bracing helped to bring bass out and kill the maple tinniness.
Hope you like the photos .

Looks nice! I love tortise shell binding on a light colored guitar.
