About lacquer thinner

Post by Stray Feathers »

I needed more lacquer thinner and as a beginner with spraying lacquer I was concerned that I might buy the "wrong" kind so was doing a little research. I came across this explanation (on a commercial site) and found it very informative. I never did pass chemistry so it helps just to understand a little better what these thinners do. Some of the experts might add something to this information too. Bruce W.

Thanks Bruce, gives a better understanding. I like where it said "It’s hard to screw up a sprayed lacquer finish."

I too found it hard to understand thinners but this helps.
