The other advice they gave me was to use the blush remover to spot level the finish. It's basically a retarder and will allow it to flow to a level finish. I chose to use a razor with scotch tape covering most of the blade(like a mini scraper) to remove the bumps. I then sprayed my last few coats and everything sanded out great
