Martin binding repair - need advice

This is a Martin D35, I believe dates to the 1970s. As seen in the pics, the binding and purfling has become unglued in multiple places. Also, the finish has delaminated in places and has chipped off, on the back adjacent to the binding and on the neck.

Firstly, what I'd like is advice on how to repair the binding. (It seems very little glue was used originally).

the product you can use after the phone call is called GluBoost. Be careful to work clean and carefully. I would first check to see if there is anyone near you that is good with Nitro finish. This shouldn't be a very costly repair.
Gluboost is a new generation of superglue. They have one called fill and finish . I would get the thin and the finish fill. Tape in the binding as you go. You will have finish damage from the glu boost but that will be where the fill and finish product will come in handy.
