My friend Maury at Maury's music had visited us at the shop and did a video on a martin neck reset .

I like the use of the heat blanket on the fretboard extension. I'm going to look into buying or making one. Thanks for the Video John. Are most of your conversions 12 to 6 string conversions? You talked about replacing the top. It it necessary to do this because of a bracing difference between the 12 and 6 string?

most conversions are to pre 37 spec from modern . That is the herringbone forward shift scalloped braces with red spruce top or a full 45 .
Often the tops are removed binding upgraded .
