Remove heavy cigarette smoke smell from a guitar?

Subject says it all. Open to any suggestion for removing the stink from the guitar and case.
My first try will be activated charcoal with Zeolite when it arrives from the pet supply store.

I use
fresh coffee grounds ( about 1 cup in a paper bag )

then after about a week you should notice a difference. Time will eventually get it out.
Febreeze on the liner may help

I should have told you new unused coffee grounds
also powdered milk can absorb and you can also try charcoal.

I'd go with the charcoal, but I'd also stuff the guitar with old newspapers. Then put the guitar in the case and pack it all around with newspaper. That will also absorb the odor.

You might also want to go over it with a cleaner like Preservation Polish (available from Stew-Mac) to remove the cigarette tars that are causing the odor in the first place.
