I was playing the old classical guitar left to me by my husband's late daughter, when I noticed a bit of a buzz. I thought it was fret buzz, because I had lowered the action. Long story short, the odd sound was coming from the bout. I stuck my hand in the guitar and all of the braces have come loose, on the sound hole end.

I put a light into the guitar and a mirror. One brace is definitely split half way between the top and bottom of the brace. The split is about 1" long. Can this brace be glued and clamped, or should it be totally replaced?
