Guitars For Vets

Post by Diane Kauffmds »

I'm an Air Force Veteran. Working on guitars has been very helpful for me. The VA started the Guitars for Vets Program a few years ago. Unfortunately, it became a victim of COVID.

The Clarksburg VA has ramped up the program again. I've made custom guitars for donation, as well as repairing/restoring guitars. I also repair guitars for a nominal fee to cover materials, or totally free, for my fellow Vets.

I put a blurb in Facebook for guitar donations a week ago. I've received 9 guitars to date!

I'll be posting the various guitars and repairs. It will take a while. I'm behind at the moment.
