Martin experimental soundboard patent

Does anyone know if this soundboard has appeared?

Looks like a thin/thicker scheme to thin the edge ( like the Taylor "Relief Cut" )

martin had produced a few of these aluminum tops in Rand D and had a production run but they never caught on. I am not sure if it was identical to the patent you showed , but I had seen them used. One used a carbon fiber bridge plate and it sounded pretty good. They also used them as a resonator. Time frame was early 2000
I also know they went through a patent phase about this time. here is a cutaway example

Looks like a contoured thick mid/edge thinned plate with braces. interesting. I am still doing aluminum soundboards with a Lutnier who has made thousands of guitars over 45 years, He sees potential.
