Nice work, John. Any pictures of the end mill set up?
0829 image a few post back will show that set up. I am in my mill drill and mill vise the end mill was used to recut the original drill hole. This allows me a larger plug with more glue surface are.
that is the end mill in the milling machine
you can do this in a drill press but be sure you are clamped well
