Hello from Kingston (Canada)

Post by JP Laplante »

Hi All,

I must admit that I've discovered this forum as I was looking for something else! But what I've read so far shows that it's a very lively forum that should survive the test of time for quite a while. As for me, I've been building custom guitars for almost 20 years now, and in the last 10 years or so, mostly archtop guitars. But guitars are guitars and they all have a lot in common!

So, I'm here to learn, and hopefully contribute the best way can.

A year or so ago I decided that in the future I want to try building an archtop and got Benedetto's book, and around the same time I came across your website. You've built some very nice archtops! Welcome to the site from a fellow Canadian!
