here is a video on just that let me know if this helps

In most cased Tite bond original will work but I have switched to West Sytems epoxy as the glue does a great job of filler voids to lost splinter of wood

Love this forum. I recently took a tour of many luthier groups on Facebook. Lots and lots more activity but not really quality information. Lots of show n tell which is fine but questions are rarely addressed well and there is a lot of negative attitudes and put downs.

This forum is filled with a deep history of learning this craft. New posts are infrequent perhaps but dive through the old posts and the old forum archives and there is much to be learned.

I feel fortunate to have access to several masters here and try not to over post. Thank you all for being here.

John, seeing as you asked....Any blow-by-blow documentation of 12-string conversions would be wonderful for me.
