Double bragging points for doing the abalone the hard way instead of using ZipFlex.

John Hall taught me everything. I not only pick the glue from my nails, but also from my teeth.

John did the magnificent inlay, which will frame the fretboard extension on the top of the guitar. He did a lot to help me.

He's a great teacher and person. He's also an energizer bunny.

I've completed all of inlay. I still have to prep it for french polishing.

I have to wait until I expand my workroom. Yes, I've outgrown my workroom in just 4 months. The guitar working area is now 28' x 14', with all of the large machines in another area of the basement. The walls are in and the door is in the process of being installed. It should be complete in the next couple of days, then I'll finish sanding all of the surfaces of the guitar, and start the french polishing.

There is light at the end the tunnel!
