Glued in the rosette last night. Started on the top bracing. Glued the bridge plate and first leg of the x brace.

Since I am not very skilled with a chisel I wanted to try to limit the damage I might inflict as I carve the braces. I had an old flexible cutting board that I confiscated for guitar usage. Very thin and tough against sharp objects will hopefully help me out.
