The buffing pad is from Stewart Mac and it works great.

The cheap angle drill ($25+/- I paid) is from Harbor Freight and it works
pretty well although it is not as ergonomically designed as some other stuff on the market but for the price and for the occasional use I have it can't be beat.

Edit- I saw Menards has a Porter-Cable branded buffing pad similar to the Stew-Mac one, although the foam is white in color in case someone goes looking for it.
