Kris, nice catch on the sound hole. I did notice where it seemed just a tad off-center, like it was closer to the inner purfling ring on the treble side, and further on the bass side. You might take some 120 grit paper and try to sand the rim back so it looks a bit more concentric. It's actually pretty close, and might not be noticed. If your like me though, it "one more dang thing to worry about"!
You did take on a lot for a first time build, but you're coming thru with flying colors.
