Thanks you John.

I would use Titebond by default. I was planning to use Duco though, because I think John Hall said he uses it on all things plastic. John H., is that the case and does the Duco expand the plastic?

Just to finish up this "blog chapter", here it is after gluing with duco and sanding flush. I think the bwb with sharpen up further with some additional sanding. This is fun. -Tim

Nice! the grain in the mahogany really pops in the rosette. I think because the purfling frames it. All and all a great looking rosette.

Thanks again guys. I'm happy with it. Well, now that I've got the top and rim done, progress on this project will probably slow to a crawl until humidity drops this fall. Meanwhile, I may just have to get started on #3 :)

duco will soften acetate but that resets
