Great pictures, I like the jig you made to use the stewmac router guide. I have the tool and have used it to cut purfling slots in violin plates. I had not thought about using it for the headstock like you are. Now that I have seen it I might give it a try.

You are getting mighty fancy on us David. Looks nice. Like John, wondering if you are binding the fretboard like the headstock??
