Finally starting the Walnut/Redwood and Koa OM.
So I officially started the next guitar.
The picture shows how it all starts. I did get the sides thicknessed, profiled, and bent. They are in the mold and I have the end block glued in. The neck block is in progress. I put the mortise in before I glue it in, so the have cut that in, but I still have to size and shape it. The main thing is.........I HAVE FINALLY STARTED! YAH!

Walnut and Redwood, should be a nice looking combo.

Hey Kev, nice project! Always nice to get another underway. I was going to build a walnut with butternut top, but got talked into another project instead, so that one will have to wait...unless I decide to work on two at the same time!

Just a couple of pics so you know I am doing something, not to bore you all.
It is nice to be underway on this one.

Kevin thanks for posting. I am looking forward to see the guitar progress. I really like the look of the walnut back.

Walnut, Redwood and Koa OM
Nothing exciting yet, but a little more progress.
I did join the top plates Saturday too, so I'll be working on the rosette and all soon.
