Remember that the moisture in the wood will not come down as fast as the moisture in the air. The thicker the wood the longer it will take. Be sure to separate the pieces and a gentle fan wouldn't hurt. I would guess that top, side, and back pieces would stabilize in 2 weeks if the difference in RH were not great.

Well we had a big humidity drop, then back up a bit....my shop has been staying between 40% and 50%....not as tight as I would like like it, but probably in an acceptable range. Plan to start gluing this weekend.....
