replaceing a plastic bridge on a gibson lgo

hello, should I use maple, walnut, rosewood, ebony,blackwood.what do you all recommend ? the guitar is mahogany.thanks

I replaced a few of these with ebony. That would be my first choice

The LG0's that had wooden bridges used Rosewood. That would be my choice. My 69 LG0 is RW with adjustable saddle.

I recently replaced a broken Rosewood bridge on a 1959 LG0 (pre plastic) with another Rosewood bridge.
Not only did it match the factory original, it matched the fretboard.
