I'm doing my fifth neck set and am trying to calm my anxiety. (The first four worked fine.) The neck centerline is about 1/32" off, so no problem there. The neck angle gives about 5/32" off the top at the saddle line, but the neck is still proud of the top by 1/16" so that should net out at 3/32". The bridge is about 9.6 mm or just over 3/8". I figure when the neck is flush a straight edge will clear the bridge by 1/32" with the fingerboard in place. In order to have 7/16-1/2" string height at the saddle do I need to adjust the angle? The others had the frets on so to me it seemed a simpler dead reckoning than this project.

Re: String height worries
when I set a neck I would like about 1/16 off the top of the bridge with the frets so you sound pretty close
