Pucker factor...

I didn't think I'd ever get to this point, but I made it!

Routing the binding and purfling channels scared the crap outta me but I got it done this weekend! I'm so psyched! You can see more pics at my blog (see link below), but for my first build I'm pretty ecstatic!

Looks pretty nice Glen. I don't know about you guys doing such fancy work on your first!

Fancy work? I don't know about that but I think it comes from decades of drooling over acoustic guitars at the shops that I could never drop the money on. I had no problem spending it on nice electrics, but for some reason (maybe age?) I'm in the acoustic years a life now and knew what I wanted... ;)

Nice job on the pruflings! First build? I would be excited if it was umpteenth guitar and it and looked that nice.

With online communities like this one, and information on the internet, it makes it a lot easier for us newbs. This forum has saved me a lot of headaches, blood, sweat & tears I'm sure!
