Looks good John. I ordered a sheet of quality cabinet plywood to have go at some new forms and molds. Should be here soon. BTW, I have a fan permanently mounted in my bender pointing up into the bending form. Can cool things fast.

here are 2 pics of Uke
tenor and baritone
I did 2 different heat profiles
Tenor
425F ran on full for 5 min and got that hot
then 15 min at 275
the Baritone
375F hit that in 3 min then rest of time at 275F
as you can see there is a good bit of spring back

I will reheat it and we can see how the new cycle works

On thing I did learn after 20 yrs is Mahogany is one of the harder woods to get perfect bends. The wood can react to heat differently even if it is from the same board

these 2 sets are sistered off the same wood and you can see how much the spring back there is
I rebent the baritone set in the top pic using the top heat profile
