Ash Go-bars

So I bought a 6' x 3/4" ash board for $10 and cut 14 six foot go-bars. Deck / supports are under consideration. May just use 56" from my bench top to ceiling in basement. We'll see...
I use my bench and ceiling as my go-bar deck. It works well.
The ash rods should be quite acceptable. I made a few bars from a piece of hickory. They work, probably as well as the fiberglass rods I have. One does have to be on the watch for them taking a permanent set, but that's not a big deaL
