Lining kerfing jig

We have all seen these, but I wanted something simple and the results it gives are great:

Ed, it looks like you got nice even spacing, and very consistent depth of cut. Did you just eye ball these? They look better than the ones I've made.

The jig determines the depth, so that is a given. The two marks at 5/16" from the center of the blade, then 5/8" (2 X 5/16") make it very easy to get even spacing because you are looking at 2 of them and averaging, not just one. I might make a third mark at an additional 5/16" to see if that makes it even easier.

Ah, I see now the stop block is in the miter channel. Good idea.
