This tool costs $12.99 at woodcraft.com.
Man is it cool. I like being able to scrape towards me as well as away from me, and this thing is stable and simple and usable with one hand.l like it.

Dave,
Is it a scraper holder?
How does it work?

Kevin - my bad, did not even say what it was. Senior moment...

Yep, a scraper holder. Insert the scraper, tighten the wood screw, scrape. It has a built in curve so you don't have to provide a curve with your hands, thus making it a one-handed tool when needed. Plus the curve keeps the sharp corners well away from the work. Takes scrapers up to 6" long.
