Im posting some pics of my mold in the making. This may or may not be of interest to you but Im putting it out there anyway. Its based on a plan that I found on the internet.

Wow, nice work. I look forward to watching you build a guitar. You’re showing a lot of craftsmanship in your work. Now I am embarrassed by my molds with bondo on the inside as one of my pieces was thin from when a bearing came loose on the router bits.

Can you show where you found the plans? Would that be against forum rules? I am interested in rebuilding all of my molds and bending forms.....I did a crap job on them the first time around, not really thinking I was giong to build LOTS. I need to improve my tooling, my machining technique, and hence my guitars, and would love to know where you saw that. Looks like a GREAT job on them so far.

What did you use to cut the acrylic?

Call me a skeptic, but I don't believe that's your first mold. Your mold looks better than my guitar!!!
