Well after 4 yrs, i have finally decided to finish my guitar kit from Martin. I have the box built, and binding installed. I have not cut out the mortise for the v neck yet though. It is still fully enclosed. Its been so long, i cant remember the exact pattern of the V that needs to be cut out. Whats the best way to do this? Should i start with a drill bit in the center to make a hole? I may not have done this in the right order, but its what I have now, so just looking for some advice.

Well this wasnt as hard as I was thinking. I just used a razor knife to trim this out
