Congrats...the 000-12 Fret slot head is my favorite model. You couldn't find a better source than John. He was the first guy to jump in and help me in my first days of building. I'm surprised he even considered me...I was so ignorant of everything related to guitar-building AND woodworking. I lurked and read everything I could get my hands on for a year before I would even think of talking to him. John is one of three mentors for whom I named guitars.
