Torrefied/non-torrefied sets from Alaska Specialty Woods?
Was on their site and saw they had offered a "set" of one cooked top and one non-cooked top, sequential pieces from the same billet - looks like it was just a few pieces and now sold out, but was curious if anyone got a set - seems to be a way for customers to evaluate the torrefaction process? Was also curious because the cooked pieces look much darker than the others I've seen...
