What does that signify?
It's the one on "First Build Advice - Too Ambitious?"
It's kinda cool, but wondered what it meant.
It's the only one I've seen do that so far.

Bob,
You are using the subsilver2 forum style skin. It means it's a hot topic. I think that just means it has X amount of posts in it over the last few days where X is some large number. It is completely unnecessary, but comes standard on the subsilver2 skin.
