Thank you for posting the list. This is important information.

I know that a lot of people have allergies to cocobolo, a rosewood. I can tell you that you need to wear a mask when sanding any wood, esp exotic types. My husband was trying to help me by sanding some padauk. I'd forgotten to warn him about inhaling it, and only remembered when I saw smoke on the first floor, from the sanding. He ended up with inhalent pneumonia, from breathing the padauk. My parakeet died. Luckily, it's not considered highly toxic. I keep respirators hanging by the sander now. No more taking chances.
