Yes Tony,

The pickups usually come with detailed instructions. The installation needs some attention (especcially the undersaddlepickups) but it is not hard to do.

I have installed two. One was a JJB Electronics passive under bridge trio tranducer system. Very easy to install, with instructions for $50, and it sounds better than any other guitar at GC we put it up against.
The second one I did was a LR Baggs Active I-Beam. Comes with very good installation instructions and a jig to line up the transducer under the bridge. Comes with a battery bag, volume control, and wire cllips for a tidy install. This one also sounds great, but I have not compared the guitar with any other yet. This system is in the Cocobolo dred that is going to India.
You can do it. Drilling out for the end pin jack is the hardest part, and that ain't hard.

K&K and Fishman have PDF manuals and on-line instructions at their web sites.
