Oh yeah... the best sound yet. Great projection and volume. Excellent blend across bass to treble with accentuated bass.

I used titebond on the back braces... it's holding so far...

interesting wood, I might try it someday, it is a type of rosewood I believe, so I bet the sound is great. By the way can you really hear the sound port, I've never play wt. one ?

Oh yes! The soundport works very well... especially for a guy like me whose hearing is fading rather rapidly. Check out this article on the McNight Guitars site concerning their experience with soundports:

Thanks for doing the work so you could give me this info. Those side ports look cool and seem like they help overall sound. I think I'll try one.
