It's actually a crappy 1 shop flat headed screwdriver with a piece of leather epoxied on. Bend it in a vice and then file away.

as it was such cheap metal i shaped it in very little time!

Its quite handy actually. archtops or mandolin bridges and of course tune-o-matics
