Making a Body Template

If anyone needs to make a body template, work board or a half template for a bender and doesnt want to cut up their plans to do so there is a great program on this page. The program 1.1 gives the best results. The program creates tiles which means 3 regular printed pages equals a half or 6 pages will give you a full template. All you have to do is a little cutting and tape the pages together. This program has a 1 inch grid, is very easy to use and is extremely accurate. I actually got it to match a plan I have the first try, took about 15 minutes. The only thing off was the soundhole but I later realized that its variables could be controlled too. My printed sheets laid right over the plan. Members could actually share the template files for various plans after they have worked them out. Have fun and share!
This program was provided by R.M. Mottola free for non-commercial use from his web site. All he asks for is credit and link him to your website if you have one. As he states, Google makes the world go around. This is my thanks and credit to him for a very useful source of information. His home page is:

Bill - download the version 1.1 and open the zip file. Inside that is a folder with a "User Guide" which says the program is Java based and runs in Windows or Mac OSX.

I haven't tried playing around with it though (and I am running windows).

I thought you could run Java. I have never used a Mac but at least you might find something useful here.
